The only reason Batman beats anyone powered, & several that aren't, is Prep Time. That means he's had time to study their abilities, weaknesses, fighting style, background, relationships, etc. He then uses all that to build a tailored attack and defense.

Batman's real "power" is weaponizing information. That's why almost everyone fears or respects him to a degree. Giving him Prep Time is basically a cheat code & the only way to overcome that is an enormous power gap. Like the Living Tribunal or some shyt.

Drop Batman in a fight with Deadpool with no prep and he's eating his own teeth in under 10 minutes.

Give me the Deadpool that locks Blind Al up in a room with sharp objects and booby traps. The Deadpool that's a loose blend of Joker/Wolverine/Spider-Man. That's a far more interesting character to me.

I mean...Deadpool has super human strength and regenerative powers. He could simply hug batman and throw himself in front a train or blow them both up with a suicide bomb. He'd simply regenerate and walk off singing careless whisper.

Deathstroke is predictable unlike Deadpool how do you plan against someone whos unpredictable. Taskmaster whose powers include copying opponents couldn't copy Deadpool's because he's too erratic. It's one of the reasons why Batman struggles with the Joker.
