he woulda tried to drop a fridge on him long before Jada and Styles P threatened to

Nah BIG was a calculated thinker..

He wasnt as emotional as proving how he maintained composure in the public with the PAC beef...

Big would have fulfilled his obligations to Puff and eventually did that venture with Undeas and Atlantic since he had Kim and Jr Mafia and Charlie Bmore already there

Only people than don't really know Jay's music say stuff like that.

Dude i know Jay music very well...im in my 40s ..i was listening to Jay when he was with Jaz O who was running with the nuwabians in Bushwick.... some of whom i befriended before i came down south...

Had his first solo hit In my lifetime on a white label press wax 12 inch ...when i collected records ..

So im not a hater...but when it comes to Big he was not greater

Lifelong friendships rarely last in the big apple....i can testify to that

Egos and lack of trust..its a dog eat dog.world

Plus Jay proved that when he said that line AFTER BIG DIED

And if I ain't better than Big, I'm the closest one.

But its typical of a tristate n1gga

Bunch of triple-cross nikkas, just New York nikkas. Lift you off your feet when they was just talkin' with you.

so this is nothing but a hate on nyc nikkaz ???

the fact is, biggie didn't want the spotlight like that - so he wouldn't have mind if jay or any of his peoples blew up

more like Biggie beefing with Diddy about his lack of paper

i know this is the conventional thing to say
BUT its really not true

biggie was getting his paper with puff & he understood the game quite well enough, which lead him into taking his lil mans & them from the block to form jr mafia a group of nikkaz that never had any intention to rap
he taught them how to rhyme, he wrote their lyrics, he executive produced their album

the amount of $$$ he made off them - is what you call the art of hustling

shyt was so successful puff wanted the same
biggie was in the mist of doing this for puff debut LP no way out
