Nah...didn't have the look or mainstream charisma... his peak would of been like Mick Foley...actually nah, I take that back... Foley was more versatile...he could play deranged and do comedy too... and had the stunt man thing going on to get over... Steve Williams just yelled and had a dated presentation for the late 90s... his peak actually would of been more like a corporate attitude era big boss man at best...
