Would having a lesbian daughter disappoint you as a father?

First off, why are there two variants of “I crave YT women” threads on the first page?

…but for real, and I guess this question has been posed in different ways on here throughout the years, but would you as a father be upset or disappointed if your “baby girl” came out as gay? Not bi, not curious, stone cold stud (or femme, who cares)? Matter of fact, would you have the same energy you would if you had a son that came out to you instead?

I just think it’s interesting since most of us as men would be super guarded about our daughters messing with boys period, worried about their plans during dates, hell, worried everyday about how random dudes may be looking and thinking about them.

But, to the point where she may never give you any grandkids…

Nah. I can have other kids and I plan to have more than one. As long as she's not hurting herself or someone else. In good.

I'd feel the same if my son was gay. I may be a little taken aback on both situations but as long as they ain't hurting no one or themselves, what can I do but love them?
