As much as I love Victory, I don't think I could give a sampled beat as the most powerful rap beat ever. You listen to the OG & they didn't know nothing but throw drums on the beat pretty much. Same as Dr. Dre with Nuthin But A G Thang.

Also, Nashiem was my favorite producer out of the Hitmen. Who Shot Ya was more epic than Victory, Biggie murdered them both though.

Content wise maybe but the beat wasn't fukking wit Victory or NT's
