Content wise maybe but the beat wasn't fukking wit Victory or NT'sAs much as I love Victory, I don't think I could give a sampled beat as the most powerful rap beat ever. You listen to the OG & they didn't know nothing but throw drums on the beat pretty much. Same as Dr. Dre with Nuthin But A G Thang.
Also, Nashiem was my favorite producer out of the Hitmen. Who Shot Ya was more epic than Victory, Biggie murdered them both though.
