Would it be possible to implement an "L" system like daps are done?

@cook woking on a new system since the reputation system we had in place was basically obsolete and causing server errors n what not. We'll have to see if the L thing will make sense...

The rep system doesn't need to be replaced. It never served a real purpose anyway. I'd rather have a more stable server.
