Leo wants to play Stan Lee in his biopic, I think they should keep him on standby for that.
It's rumors out there that Christopher Waltz is on a shortlist for doom...if he did Alitta I don't see why he wouldn't join the MCU.

Since Doom would presumably be masked up all the time, it's important to pick someone who can turn in a good performance using just their body and voice.
I think Richard Armitage would be perfect
He's very tall and has an imposing presence on screen. He's done voice acting. His work in Hannibal showed a lot of thought and effort in regards to the use of his body to express his character's state of mind. He's been in fantasy properties before. And he's 48 so he's young enough to play the role for years.
They already used him in the first Captain America, but it was a super small role and like I said Doom would be masked up anyway so

He would have been the perfect Doom if they hadnt wasted him in strange.I would pick Bardem out of those two but if I was in charge of casting then I would def give the role to Mads Mikkelsen.
I think nicolj from GoT would be solid. Bardem doeant fit at all to me.
I think Karl Urban might be a good Dr. Doom as well.
