without pharell and timbaland?

i dont blame him for sticking with a proven formula, but it takes away from his artistry imo. he's a predictable one-tick pony.

someone like chris brown has made hits across many genres/sounds. i would say he doesn't even have a signature sound. yet he's arguably the goat of this generation of pop / rnb acts.
his "artistry" brehs

:mjlol:

Timberlake can go to the damn Country Music Awards and perform, playing guitar and putting on a 9-minute rockabililly/folk/blues medley hoedown to steal the show.

Just say you like Chris Brown more, dont lie.
and nobody will watch or respect that shyt except hillbillies. Pop on the other hand reaches a far broader spectrum which leans more toward soul and urban. Blacks created pop. There is a reason Adele is more soul than country :heh:

and what's funny is JT can't play the guitar...but Breezy can. :dead:

would he be who he is now without them?
nope, anyone denying that is just kidding themselves.

timbaland and timberlake were a great duo imo. together they made some great music.
in fact I wasn't even a fan of the timberlake and Pharrell joints that much. But timbaland killed it.
