Would liberals support green energy (solar, wind, geo) if none of it was from their states?

Would liberals still support green transition into solar, wind, geo power if it was made in red states? What if none of the tesla factories were in cali and all electric cars were from west virginia or wyoming? What if Texas had a monopoly on car batteries? What if tennesse had a monopoly on microchips fir solar panels and electric cars? And finally, what if meat substitutes were made only in kansas?


Would democratic states support this?



It dawned on me that we could probably convince republican states to do planet healthy things if these business interests were based in their states. What do you think?
