Would Pac & Big be as irrelevant in 2008 the same way Wayne is irrelevant right now?

There was nothing that 2pac showed on film that indicated he was gonna be any type of damn A list movie star

Best case scenario is probably a C list guy who lands in some successful films that someone else drew the audience to

Just like all the rappers turned actors except for Will Smith lol.

Pac and Big death helped the south more than anything..

OutKast and Goodie Mob success would still been there

But cash money and no limit success wouldn’t have blew up because the media would have still been on biggie and pac building death row east and bringing in up and coming New York artists

P went gold in 1996 before Pac died. Mystikal before he signed with No Limit was already making noise. Scarface was platinum and influenced both Biggie and Pac. Eightball & MJG were going gold.

You can't really compare them to Lil Wayne, because they're different eras. Lil Wayne blew up in the internet era.

Pac would've been Latifah, Will Smith status. So he'd be well known for acting, but completely an after-thought for music.

Biggie is an unique case. For one, he was loved for his music but how would he transition once the inevitable "fall off happened"? By early 2000s, he's a legacy act. Even with the split from Puff, what happens next? For 1, Puff will either block it or still be heavily involved. And Puff's artists didn't last that long. Could he have transitioned like Nas, possibly, but also Nas took years of backlash and really just wanted to make music his way. In the long run, it paid off. Who else has that patience? Think about it like this, Kim has EVERYTHING lined up, and still became a caricature by mid 2000s. Snoop the same.

There's also the issue of Bigs health. If he kept his lifestyle he woulda died of heart disease by 2001.

And if he became skinny he probably woulda BEEN fell the fukk off coz who wants to hear a skinny B.I.G :damn:

Pac would have gotten himself killed no matter what. Very unlikely he makes it to the 2010s, let alone 2020s. :whoa:

There's a scenario where Pac does change himself, in which case he ends up a junkie like DMX. Even then he probably would have died before the 2020s. That's the best case scenario with Tupac, that he isn't killed.

Biggie would have thrived in the 2000s. How the 2010s goes is a matter of health. Does he take it seriously like Fat Joe went on to do, or does he stay unhealthy and end up like Big Pun or Fred Da Godson? The latter died during the COVID pandemic.

Big was gonna sign with Sony so he wasn't gonna be independent. He wasn't gonna be doing anything much different than anyone else at the time

B.I.G and Jay were going to open an office in ATL, end both of their contracts and start a label and release The Commission independently because they were tired of major labels. Jay said that was B.I.G.'s plan.

I mean Big was signed to Puffy, doubt he could've just left that easily and Jigga didn't have a need to leave Dame and Biggs in 97

This is real talk. The problem is that post death drug.

These folks making both, but especially 2pac, a super hero who fukked every bad chick, wouldve been a A list actor while also becoming the 1st black president and leading a revolution :mjlol:

2008? Nah I dont think so, Jay and Nas still had alot of buzz around 2008 whenever they dropped anything and those are their peers

They woulda been washed by 2014 though for sure, at least BIG cause his work ethic wasnt like Pac.
