prime scottie pippen. I'm talking like 92-96 was top 5 NBA player at the time I'm thinking. especially in 94, where dude was just RIDICULOUS at every facet of the game.

maybe when he was on the blazers. but when he was on the bulls dude could easily create his own shot and take fools off the dribble.
He probably isn't beating out Lebron, Durant, Kawhi, George, Green, or Aldridge last year to make the All-NBA teams. Depending on his situation, he might make the bench at the All-Star game.

The rest are a no, but WTF has a guy like Demarcus Cousins done to say he's better than a 6 time NBA champion who was an all around talent and played the best permiter defense in NBA history? Shoot 44% from the field and average 4 turnovers for a lottery team?
Harden plays absolutely no defense. He's nowhere near the overall player Scottie was.
Klay is great but not Scottie great.
AD needs to have a healthy season and take his team on a deep playoff run before we talk about him being better than Scottie.
PG13 needs to show me more before I can say that, and I'm a Pacers fan.

Only dudes that for sure are better than him are Bron, KD, Curry. Kawhi depends on the day and we still haven't seen his prime yet imo, same with AD. And prime Pip might well been able to stop/severely hinder all of them with his defense (except AD). The big thing would be how his defense translates in this softer era, he might foul out at half-time with these rules 
Durant and Curry are miles better as well. At his very peak he might be 5th.
