Would the Cavs record be any worse with Wiggins right now?

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
The whole point of trading Wiggins for Love was that LeBron was getting older and they didn't have time to wait, yet realistically they aren't going to win the title this year, I'd be stunned if they come out the East with how talented and deep the Bulls are. Yeah Wiggins isn't tearing up the world, but neither is Love, and Kevin is just as miserable of a rim protector as expected, probably surprising a lot of you who didn't get to watch him how little impact he has on changing shots.

If they had Wiggins out there with Kyrie and Bron this year, how would things really be any different from what they have to do moving forward? They'd still need a center that can defend the paint, they'd still need another year or two before they'd have a true shot at the title, I mean whoever comes out the West is going to be a problem, and it's not like the Warriors, Thunder or Blazers are some old squads.

Nope may actually be better and most importantly could maybe move Bennet, tristan, waiterswith the pick for a big quickly.

One of our weakness is permeter defense....Wiggins could of been the difference maker.

They'd be a much better defensive team, although still not good enough to win a title. Love is laughably bad at help defense.

Bron didn't want to wait 1-2 years for Wiggins to develop enough to help him win a championship. Which is why i think he pushed for Love. Thats why you shouldnt' let players act like GMs, they only think(understandably) about the short term.

If they kept Wiggins you would prob see Bron at the 4 more which is what he wanted to get away from. And with Varjeo getting hurt it would be Miami all over again with Thompson playing the 5 aka small ball. Like I said above Wiggins is prob ahead of the curve defensively already but I'm not sure that makes them an overall better defensive team.

Over all though? Their team top to bottom is shytty defensively, I don't see one player changing that.

BOSH was THE LEADER on defense on those mia teams

bronze thought he traded up with k.love

He's 30 now, Cleveland has to take advantage of him being the best player in basketball while they can. They already lost 4 years of his peak, who knows how long it will take for Wiggins to develop into a contributor on a title team? Had to take a risk.

The Cavs wouldn't have been good on defense this year with or without Wiggins.

But beyond that, who didn't see Love struggling on defense coming? Anyone who watched him knew that was going to be an issue.

The shocker is his struggles on offense.
