...never understood why people didn't get that about the decision. Out of all those places to play, did people think nikkas were coming to CLEVELAND? :mjpls:

ya but the thing is he went and joined a champions team, as dumb as it is perspective would be waay different if they joined his team

They would have been really weak at the 2, but their frontcourt would have been versatile with Hickson/Bosh/Varejao/Jamison and probably Zydrunas.

The interesting question is, if they got Bosh & kept Bron, do they still trade Mo for Baron + pick, which turned into Uncle Drew.

If they had pulled that shyt off :whew: Kyrie (on a rookie deal), Bron and Bosh. :dead: Now that really wouldn't have been fair.

In order to get Bosh, Hickson and probably sideshow would've had to go back to TOR most likely though.

To answer the question I couldn't definetely see Bron and Bosh winning titles in Cle. All Bron was missing was that second dependable option (in the playoffs). I'm not sure why people act like this was a possiblity though. Cleveland had no cap room so they would have had to do a sign and trade and Bosh would have to agree. Why would Bosh chose to play with Bron in Cleveland when he had the option of playing with him and D. Wade in MIA?

PG x MD
Mo Williams (Or Baron) / Sessions
Anthony Parker / Gibson
Bron
Bosh / Hickson / Jamison
Varejao / Zydrunas

Biggest issue there is their backcourt and they'd still have a huge reliance on Bron to set people up, for all the shyt Wade gets he still gets people looks.

Not really addressing the T/S question but really, how can nigggas blame Bron for not winning a chip with that team or leaving. I mean compare this squad (minus Bosh) to teams other "superstars" of today and yesteryear (on contending teams) and the team he got to the finals was even worse...

they would have been the favorites in the east. getting the right role players makes a huge difference too. since that finals loss the miami heat front office have added versatile players to put them over the top. i dont think the heat win the title last year without battier. getting someone that versatile who can hit the 3 and guard 4's so that lebron doesnt have to do it a majority of the time and the coaching staff being smart enough to use that small lineup.

would cleveland have had the right role players and found the best lineups around bosh and lebron is the question. on paper they would have had as good of a shot at the title as anybody.

Why would Bosh chose to play with Bron in Cleveland when he had the option of playing with him and D. Wade in MIA?
obviously it would have to have been lebron saying he isnt leaving cleveland and hoping that lebron/bosh in cleveland entices bosh more than going somewhere else.

We can't just act like they didn't all know what they were gonna do though. Bron, Bosh, and Wade were all planning to team up. That said I doubt Bosh choses Bron and Cleveland over Bron lite (D. Wade) and MIA. Now if they had both went to Chicago. :wow:

We can only speculate because I assume they would have upgraded that backcourt as well. But I believe they would have gotten a title eventually with Bron Bosh and some good role players around them.

I see them trading one of their bigs for a dependable guard if that's their roster.

Its crazy that they could have Kyrie, LeBron and Bosh right now. Assuming they traded Mo for Baron Davis + the 2011 Clippers pick which turned to be #1 .
