Would the Raptors have won the title with Bron instead of Kawhi?

None of this denies the fact -- that he needed to decorate his rosters to win championships. Even 2012 team didn't have alot shooters - Prime Bron, Bosh, and Wade was just crazy at the time. Even they thought so. We'll never see lebron win a championship, where he didn't have a hand in designing the roster.

Yep, that Delly/Shump/TT/Mosgov lineup was nothing but co-stars and shooters. Or Boobie/Hughes/Goodwin/Z. Or Hill/JR/Love/TT.

Three times he's made the Finals with no co-stars and mediocre shooters. Even that 2012 title team only had the bare minimum so far as shooters go, this Raptors team was much better in that regard. But I'm sure he wouldn't make the playoffs.

LeBron was 78th on the NBA in time of possession per touch. Coli hot takes don't get you very far.

Would Bron have had the Raptors as good as the regular season? No.

Would he have wanted to shake up the roster? Possibly.

However, if he got that team to the playoffs...yes its wrap. Philly wasn't ready, Bucks didn't have enough, Warriors injured and Bron does what he does.

And nah I doubt that he moves them for JR and TT. :gucci:

Also you do realize the Raptors had a VERY good record WITHOUT Kawhi. So when Bron resting/missing games there probably wouldn't have been as much panic.
Just joking about the trade.

Very serious that I think Bron would look at a roster like the one Toronto had for most of the season and maybe want to shake it up. He seems more comfortable when he has one or two other superstars with him.

Even if he had the roster that was in place during the playoffs, I don’t think it’s a guarantee that they beat Philly or the Bucks to even get to an injury-riddled Warriors team.

I also think you’re not factoring in the defense that is lost be simply replacing Kawhi with LeBron and how that might impact everything else.

Beating the Warriors..yes since any star could have defeated that 1 man team. But I don't think LeBron would have defeated Sixers (not the last years version)

Bron wouldn't have been as good as Kawhi defensively, but in the playoffs he can be a good defender when not facing elite offensive players. Especially when there is good team defense around him.

Bron guarding Ben Simmons..., a Bucks team with not enough scorers (Giannis would have went off more, but I just chalk up LeBron's intangibles to get him by in the east) and Warriors with no KD.

I'm not saying it would have been easy. It would have been just as tough as it was for the Kawhi/Raptors. However, I think the way things fell he would have got it done.
