I don't have kids but I don't think it's an easy battle. Send them to school and there's always vending machines and school lunches are packed with high sugar and salt.

I work out with my son 5 days a week, limit his sugar intake, and only give him water to drink. You have to get them started on healthier habits when they’re younger.
