my yard is HUGE and the city passed an ordinance where u can build coach houses and what not. I wouldn't mind tearing my garage down and turning it to a garage with a coach house/apt up top and renting it out. I'm sure that'd cost a fortune tho.

tiny houses are meaningless if you don't have land in the first place. this is the reason trailer homes are a TERRIBLE way to live. ur still paying rent and utilities.

this would have the same issue. without land, a tiny house is not viable. furthermore, most cities zoning don't allow tiny homes on a full sized lot.

Buy a nice plot of land.
Put in parking spaces.
