Im still not sure if this is am actual disease or if it's just people who always have to take a dump, so they came up with a name for it.

I would classify it as a disorder more as than a disease, but it's nowhere near as severe as IBD.


To answer the OP, I would prefer not to, but if I really liked the girl, I don't see why not. There's worse things a person could suffer from than IBS.
