Amateur is fun, you don't really feel punches like that, it looks worse than it really is. I'm aware of the brain damage but I rarely come in to contact with people that are punch drunk. It's usually the long time professional boxers.

Rocky was the shyttiest boxer. He never had any sense of defense and despite being beaten to the point where he should of been brain damaged and dead he would eventually land a shot and win :mjlol: (outside of 1 and 3 obviously.)

Rocky blocked..........

With his face..............:mjlol:

IDK if I'd ever go pro, but I train. If I EVER went pro with anything it'd probably be Kickboxing, but that's a low possibility. If I didn't have other things I wanted to do, I'd probably compete in something....

My grandad was a boxer, so I decided it must run in the family and took it up. I had 3 fights at a amateur level, Won first two as Iam 6ft 4, could punch hard and big always have been and I used my size well ,on the third I got punched in the liver fell down ,never got back up and never returned to the ring. Was pissing blood for a week.

I trained in 2007/2008 . Sparred Jesse hart and tevin farmer as they trained in my gym. I never really got hurt , the biggest thing is the time commitment required to be good. I was working full time 8 hour day then going and sparring dudes 10 yrs younger than me who train full time. I said fuq that. I get paid to use my brain , can't be seeing stars and shyt for what was essentially a hobby.

I learned a lot from my time in the environment though. Gym wars are REALS for instance. I saw ppl walk in the gym unaware of anything then get thrown into a sparring match and get they ass whipped bad cause their trainer was talking shyt earlier in the day. Happen to two of my stable mates cause nobody liked my trainer. There are all kind of politics too. I'm on my iPad now but I can post some stories later if ppl care
