Would You Buy A House KNOWING That Someone Died In It?

...just saw these CACs on TMZ all UNANIMOUSLY say that they would, implying that it doesn't matter if someone died in the house, if it was nice enough they'd still buy it. Like, they was on some "duh" type shyt with theirs....as if the very notion is an afterthought.

Sorry...that's not an afterthought for me. If somebody died IN the house, that could def'nitely have some effect on whether or not I would buy that jawn.

well yeah we all live on blood soaked land where wars have been fought and people have died horrible deaths. but there's something extra erie about living in a confined 4 walled space where someones energy "crossed over". those kinds of energies can be strong esp if the death evolved extreme violence or turmoil. i'll pass.

I lived in a house this old guy died in. The realtor told us, she also said that the walls were discolored from his chain smoking..

We cleaned the house and it was perfect, sometimes you'd get a whiff of his smoke, I guess from the walls and one night it smelled like fire and the smoke detectors went off. Other than that and the dirty ass crawl space that led to the attic it was perfect.
