Nah, only takes some real bad weather and the house and most of the island is fukked.
I'd stay the night tho, after checking the forecasts, but I see no reason to want to own it at all.
There is a lot of legwork involved. But by no means is this a bad longterm investment especially if you can rent out the property. The actual house is very nice.
