Would you call someone older than you "my nikka"?

I don't mean a year or two, I mean of old enough to be your parent.



I was talking to an old head today and couldn't picture myself saying such a thing to them...

It's like that word only works within your age bracket

My grandmother use to call my dad nikka when discussing him. It was her son. “ This nikka didn’t do what he promised” or “ that nikka is up to something “. I chopped it up to old age. I wouldn’t use it myself but folks use it .. at every age.

No. I wasn't raised to use that word outside of a rap song. Even then, I don't use it in front of people. This board is the only place I can recall ever using that word to other people.
