My great aunt died in '16, my grandma in '17, and they were born in the 40s and used "nikka" all the time. Black people using "nikka" amongst each other isn't a new phenomenon...
Don’t try to normalize your broken family and their low value. I couldn’t imagine ever calling my mom the n word, nor have any of my female members of my family calling a male member the n word.
