would you consider 2017 warriors going undefeated in playoffs equal or better to 73-9?

It's not as impressive as last year. They had to get past OKC so at least they had a serious chance at taking an L.

I still think that last year's team is better than this year's team tho. They'd be unstoppable if they had just gotten Batum because that bench was straight shytting on teams. Add in a guy that can defend well and might be a better shooter than Barnes and:whew:
Liv, Iggy, McCaw, Shaqtin, West, Clark and Zaza just isn't far off of Liv, Iggy, Barbosa, Mo Buckets, Ezeli, Rush and Bogut.

and of course KD >>>>>>>>>>>> Harry Barnes

last year's team had the benefit of continuity having been together 2+ years, but I can't take them over the KD version.

Of course 16-0 would be better because that would mean they actually won the title. Had they actually won a championship last year this might could be a conversation.

The 73-9 is more of a source of ridicule than celebration because of LeBron snatching their souls last year.

Warriors are a great team but I do feel that no team gave them a challenge this year in playoffs except the 1st game against Portland (didn't win because Portland's role players didn't deliver) and Spurs 1st game (injury to Kawhi messed Spurs up....damn Zaza)...then Parker already injured. I was surprised Pop couldn't at least get 1 win but I think he just threw the towel. I used to say East conference was less competitive but I can't say that now....damn KD.

But Warriors are too well coached and stacked to lose to Cavs or Celtics. Against Celtics...Warriors in 4. Against Cavs...Warriors in 5 or 6....maybe 7 if Kang and his knights can all come out and play hard....but nothing gonna beat the Warriors....too much talent, good luck, etc. This year its more about good luck and getting KD to be almost impossible to beat. I would give more credit to last season's regular season record.
Pop definitely quit on that series the second Zaza took Durant out.

It's a lot harder to win 73 games in a season than it is to win 16 straight.
