These property taxes are getting crazy around KC. I seen parts of the city where they've been going up 15-20% a year on some bullshyt, even people getting forced to sell because rates are so high.

If they aren't already doing it, I can see the local governments raising taxes in urban areas to help force some of the poorer residents out. Help speed up the gentrification of certain areas.
