1) Those residency years ( 3-7 years) are brutal on relationships.

2) Who takes care of the kid during her residency? You? The father? A babysitter? Remember this is for 3 to 7 years ( depending on speciality)

3) What's the reason her and the man broke up? How's that relationship? Can you see her dividing her time between residency, him, the child, and you
