That looks like a hissing cockroach instead of one of those project roaches. They had hissing cockroaches in my science class, they even allowed us the pet the roaches if we wanted. Those don't look disgusting, but those project roaches or "waterbugs" are and if they made a cake that looked like that I'd pass no matter how good it taste.
Probably have a cream filling to make it look like the juices are coming out of it like when you stomp on one of the pregnant one.
