Got to try the Impossible Burger with truffle yesterday at Umami Burger (don’t have a Fatburger nearby) and bro, this is a game changer, you weren’t kidding

It’s vegan cheese, doesn’t melt as quick lol tastes pretty good and only 60 calories

Been on that vegan/veggie life since Feb

Had to cut most dairy due to LI but then I cut out eggs as in principle they’re nasty.

So this burger doesn’t interest me perse, as I’m removing the mental link to meat whilst actively increasing my mental link to plant based food and the taste

I’ve had the impossible burger at umami & fatburger. It’s better at umami.

But man they did not agree with me. I got stomach cramps and all sorts.

Like a tamer version of cheese, I tried one slice by itself. Tasted fine on the burger to me
