Initially that’s what I said. She can book her first flight then I’ll pay for the second. Off topic but she’s big on being a gentleman and shyt. Wants me to open her door when we go out, etc. And she’s a teacher just starting out. My moms is a teacher and they don’t make bread like that. She flat out told me she doesn’t make a lot of money

I see. She's after your $$ and trying to pressure you to lock it down. I would keep it slow and see if she keeps on pressuring you or even giving you ultimatums to lock it down because if she is it's clear that she's only after your $$. Another reason to keep it slow is to try to pick up if she got any other hangups you're not into.
