I mean it's not hard to believe. There's people out here who are sexually active but never get tested and are scared to get tested. So of course it makes sense for them to ghost someone if they don't want to find out if they have diseases or not.

And your last statement is weird. So if someone is considered "ugly" are they not supposed to care about their body and health? And getting tested for stds is simple and shouldn't take much effort. Every sexually active person should be doing it no matter what you look like.
