I wanted her to come to my place but she said she was going out w/her homegirls. Then invited me. I might see if I can bring one of my boys if I go.

This is my first time in this situation. Would I be obligated to be with her the whole night?

If she really wanted you like that, she'd be making plans with you that her girls could join, not the other way around. You might still have an in, but don't make yourself seem too open for her. Let her and her girls do their thing and maybe show up halfway through the night. By then she will either be drunk and wanting you or exploring her other options, which should tell you to do the same.
