Yeah I would but I do agree with the sentiment that vegan cooks gotta stop naming their shyt after meat. It's a sautéed mushroom and that's fine. I saw some other bullshyt where a motherfukker shaved carrots and slowly dried them out in the oven to get them crispy and painted them and for what? Just so he could call his thinly sliced baked carrots vegan bacon

It’s satire at this point. These bozos can’t just eat a carrot or mushroom and enjoy it. Has to be fake meat or protein products. I see some of you have never had some good mushrooms before....when cooked properly and very well it tase just like meat....shyt is crazy to me....I had a dish one time and I swear I thought it was Italian sausage in there.....come to find out it was all mushrooms....
