she wasn't alone. there was people trying to stop the attack, there was all kinds of commotion in that apartment complex during those 20 minutes. Her friends calling out for help. No one would have had to break in to save her. My point is: The way people talk about Texas I would think someone in an apartment complex would've shown up with a gun within those 20 min.

i was in a situation like this where I was in my car and I saw this one girl and her dog getting attack by a huge stray stray dog
my first instinct wasn't to pick my phone up and record. i quickly looked in my back seat and saw a ranch, picked it up and sprinted to go ward that dog off
