45 is too old imo. My fondest memories are with my dad who was very active, doing things. Taught me how to swim, coached me through football all the way to college. Tennis, hiking, boxing, fishing... just getting up every morning and running together then working out together etc. Remembering what it felt like beating your dad at basketball after years of losing. Him being mad but proud. And now him being older, we can sit down and laugh about so much. Times when he was fukking me up and then when I started busting his ass.

You rob your kid of having those memories when you’re too old to do anything. He’s gonna have memories of a grandfather, not a father. You rob yourself of that experience as well. You need to be able to be active at least until he’s of age and on his own.

I’ve seen how sad it looks with these old ass parents and young ass kids. Can barely play with them, looking like their grandparents at the playground.

If I don’t have any children by my late 30s then it’s a wrap for me. I’m Not trying to attend my children’s graduation on a walking stick.

It varies cause there are people early to mid 50's in great shape

A lot of y'all just assuming that kids these days want to do anything physical. Most times nowadays you got to threaten their rasses away from the computer. That being said, for me the issues would be child care for ex. you dont want to be locked down bec you gotta watch your 5yr old when you're 50. You technically wont be free again until that kid around 13-14 which means you're well over 60. Going to plan on all these kids issues like getting to/from school etc. One another note, a security guard in my office building had his first child at 60. I remember getting invited to the kids first birthday and it was very odd. All his friends were around his age, like a party at a senior center. He's Jamaican, went home, married a 32 year old and brought her back to states.

i'm okay now tho for the most part gotta find a nice 28 year old to be a stay at home mom

Since you found a stay at home (), give her 3 kids in 5 years, so you will catch up and be done with it

That's why I'm kinda low key jealous of those that have kids young. Have a kid at 20 and you pretty much done at 38-40.

True. You can get your life back, so to speak, in your 40s when you have them young.

But what you lack in age in your 30s, you make up for with the money and wisdom you likely lacked in your 20s.
