you had to uber home everyday to the cost of $40 (car gave out a month ago and I been in the process of getting another whip). It was only part-time a few days a week and they had you mostly working weekends which is a sacrifice in itself, but it was easy work in a field you wanted experience in as a career, but didn't pay that well to start. That's where I'm at.:manny: I can't help feeling like I'm being played. :what:But everybody say don't quit a job if you don't got one lined up. :beli:But what if the job is 45 minutes away and your car died permanently and you don't live somewhere with reliable public transit to reach you that far? :mjtf: I feel like I'm basically volunteering at this point paying that much in uber fees. :mindblown:

Nope do they have ride pass in your area? That along with uber cash can give you alot of savings might cut your cost in half could be worth it then.

Are you making enough to save up or pay bills?

Apply for stuff closer to you now but dont quit your job yet

Well everything you just start at is shyt at first

you said it's part time, easy, and for experience correct?

Weigh your pro’s and cons and borrow a car on the weekends. If you’ve been there long enough, apply to places closer or get a second job closer.

if you mean you pay 40$ a day or 40$ a week in uber fees as well.

You should run a small budget and see how it plays out; if you aren’t able to save money to fix your car doing it the way you are now, you should think about quitting or finding something else

Nah, I ain't making shyt. :snoop:Like $14 an hour part time. Not even 20 hours a week. I've had better paying full time jobs in recent years, but shyt ain't work out (I.e. I worked at the General Motors plant last year, but they closed the plant down this year, greedy mawfukkaz). I'm only keeping this job because they say it's easier to find another job when you already have one. :ld:

If youre with your parents consider quitting. Consider. If youre not then you basically cant. Either way apply for new jobs

Nah, I mean $40 one way. My brother drop me off in the morning and I take uber home after the shift is done. I feel like everyone who work there is like a clique. :jbhmm:They all grew up together basically and they get fulltime hours and most likely get raises regularly. I got his job because my patna work there, but they not my day one homies so I get treated like a backburner bytch. :skip:
