Based on the criteria that OP stated for the group of billionaire's hit job, I think you would be extremely surprised at just how many people on this planet would be ready and willing to kill someone for that kind of bread.

People say they value human life but what people say and what they do are two different things. all you gotta do is look at the news on a daily basis to see that.

People are willing to do some pretty heinous things for the right price. sex trafficking, organ harvesting, bombing nations for corporate profit, you name it. and especially when given an incentive as great as $300 mill? forgettaboutit.
