I was actually in a gun class and a lady asked this question, if she could go to jail for killing someone in front of her house for trying to kill her dog. Instructor looked at her like and said yes
Kill….no, but I would try to make sure they want to die. I gladly eat an assault charge and terrorize them to the point of moving out the neighborhood.
