Wouldn't be with a hoe. The God too ill for that. I said every personal trainer I know is fukking OR TRYING TO. I'd have to collapse a nikka jaw if he was hired to be my woman's personal trainer and he blatantly was trying to fukk her.

Its a hard no for me
I got my wife an exercise bike and told her to get on it every other day and now my frowns are going away.

It's all about consistency. And she consistently does 8 to 10 miles every other day.

Don't worry about the scale just stay on the program and stop eating crazy after 7:00 at night

Unless you’re going in for a competition or have a specific regime you need to follow, there’s absolutely no need for a PT.

Learning proper form on a few exercises is one thing, seeing a nikka every week just to watch you squat? :gucci:
This is a good point. Any woman that is not capable of training on her own is not worthy of my time

I be in the gym myself and I'm swole and still.. HELL NO.

If it's a female personal trainer then sure, but honestly I can just train her for free.

The personal trainers I see at my gym.. I don't know if they are restricted to what they can do.. but they all do the same generic bullshyt.

a lot of cardio-based shyt and not enough weight lifting/resistance training.

If I was a personal trainer I'd tailor my workouts differently for each person. Have them do exercises they like, do exercises that pertain to what their goals are etc.
