I really do think that animals have worlds inside that are as vivid as our because they may not speak but they understand

That and the brehelephants pulling a full time jack move in order to get their due in the other thread and how they all chose to jet before the tsunami kicked in etc.. In many ways they're far more connected than we are as human animals.

Purely in terms of the Game the experience of being a Tiger must be an insane rush to have that strength on tap. Or the speed of a Cheetah. Even an Ant must be sitting there thinking "Why do we have to do all the work and get nothing else on the flip till death?".

The possibilities are endless... All of them I'm quite sure would be less stress than being human and a whole load more natural.

Its interesting because the flip of this and what actually got me thinking was the whole power animal thing which states each one of us already is connected with an animal spirit in a higher realm as an aspect of Self.

That is a pretty wild concept, when you think about it, but also one that makes sense in terms of attributes and experience as each one is seen as an archetype that carries an immense amount of information. The animistic belief structure was very common among the ancestors as so many disparate cultures had their own variation on the legends. In many ways its the oldest form of religion in that sense.

Its influence can be seen clearly today in lots of martial arts and other Eastern practices that are built around this type of thinking and embodiment. All are just varieties of conscious experience in that respect as modulated by the flesh wrapped around the awareness.
