Also, if admins are considering changing the guard, they need to be skeptical of guys who are clamoring for those mods spots.
Same thing happened on SOHH.
The people most vocal about those spots want the power and authority it brings, and will more than likely abuse that authority when policing the forums, especially if they have petty grudges with certain members.
Just vet carefully and be skeptical.
