Be a black billionaire in the US in 1917 brehs...
Unless you thinking about the future of your race and family what would you do with a billion in 1917 that you couldn't with 100k in most area's of the US outside of areas like your crazy cost of living areas like san diego or Seattles.
The headache of being black and filthy rich in a time where race riots and killings where running rampant.... meh.
You might have a billion but as a black man or woman you probably wont be able to enjoy it.

Yeah but they could get away with it much easier back then. I also believe it was much more prevalent back then too.

Seem like a innocent black person get killed at least once a week out here in 2017 but maybe you living in the twilight zone where innocent nikkas ain't getting killed and coming up missing by the dozens every month with no justice being served

I'll take the billion in 1917. I could use that money and "discover" the oil fields, patent penicillin and other life saving medicines that would produce even more money, help finance Marcus Garvey and the UNIA, prohibition was around the corner so I would have my hands in bootlegging too. Pass on my wealth to my future children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, etc. Probably have land in Haiti, Liberia, and/or Ethiopia since they were the only black countries that weren't colonized. Yeah you'll have to deal with hostile cacs back then but your dealing with hostile cacs in 2017. Black people are getting gunned down in 2017 and the police are getting off scott free even with video evidence proving their guilt.
Y'all acting every single person in the early 20th century was contacting gonorrhea, syphilis, the Spanish Flu, polio, etc. Yeah a lot of people died or suffered from stuff that is easily cured or treated in 2017 but the majority didn't die or suffer.
I would probably be on some Lex Luthor or Dr. Doom shyt and have my small private army takeover a small nation.
