Typically a breh who knows how to dress, keeps himself well groomed, smells good, and is in somewhat decent shape is not ugly to most females regardless of what his face looks like. Don’t let him be tall and have a beard and that’s like cheat code to getting women.
You can be more physically attractive and still come across thirsty, lacking swagger, and dull to women.
Women are not like us as men, we are mostly visual. Women look at the physical package and it most certainly attracts them, but they look at other aspects of the man as well.
Women do a much better job of vetting their potential intimate prospects than men. Most men see a pretty face and nice body and their vetting stops there. Those looks will definitely get a man in the door, but it’s the other aspects of who he is that keeps him in the room.

Good looking dude with bad pipe...that's like having the best personal chef cooking your food but you're not allowed to eat it.
This is tough. And as a woman it’s going to depend on how much you like/value sex. Some women don’t have high libidos or care enough about sex. Others do. The handsome guy is gonna pull more women because women on average aren’t giving the ugly guy a chance to see what that stroke is like, like they are the handsome guy. Women will fall in love with a dude and stay even if he’s giving wack dikk(it happens more than you think because once she likes you, she may start to look pass it) so chances are if handsome guy plays his cards right and gets her to really fukk with him, she’ll overlook his wack D.
The thing is, it’s a myth IMO that attractive men treat women worse than ugly men. I’ve seen enough friends give ugly men a chance only to get the same treatment in the end that they got with a better looking breh. As I always say if your gonna put up with bullshyt regardless, then at least let him look good.
Plus ugly guys are risky because if your attractive and you procreate with an ugly breh there’s a chance the child will look like the breh. I also would be embarrassed—who you choose reflects you.

That’s not completely true—yeah it can improve of course but if the chemistry isn’t there or if his pipe is wack usually you can’t improve it to the point where it becomes a-1. I would start to envision bigger better dikk after dating him for a few months. I would start getting annoyed and not being as forgiving no matter how good he looks. So in the end, he wouldn’t last long for me.
If I had to choose between the two, I would forfeit myself out the game. I need to be attracted to you to fukk you and I like sex too much to settle for wack d***.
