Really depends on where you're at. But I definitely need heat if it's cold. I can thug out some sweat if I have to.

In Atlanta we only get a couple days of cold. Barely ever stays below 40.

No AC down here is a health risk.

I can go without both but I'd rather drop the heat in winter. In southern California so you can get by with thick socks and layering.
