Owning a business means kissing your clients/customers ass.

i own my business and i never worked for anyone in my life.... would i take a high paying job with benefits...it depends...

i dont have to kiss ass....i just have to do good business.

im not in a corporate rat race....i choose my battles...i dont have a board over...but keep going

Executive! That’s the goal I’m trying to reach in corporate America. Once you reach C-Suite level, you’re making M’s anyway and can choose to retire at any point.

Do you realize how hard that is tho and how hard you have to go at it to get there? it all depends on perspective.. im not "my own boss" but i come and go as i please.. most days i don't even show up to the office. Easy money..

Pay is based on time though so you might be making less as an owner
