Dime. Having a dime isn't a requirement for me, but physical attraction is a requirement for me. I would never settle for a woman who I think is average. It's possible to find a great looking woman who has great internal traits. Relying on looks fading is ridiculous in my opinion. Depending on someone's age they could be overlooking their own partners appearance for a while and lying to themselves.
