i worked 4x10

mondays , tuesdays, wednesdays and saturdays

off on thursdays, fridays and sundays

That's a decent shift

EASY. It sounds hard...but after a week or two you'll get used to it. It'll feel like a normal work day. Trust me! 3 day weekends every week (and you get Friday, Saturday, Sunday off) are so damn nice.
I spend my Fridays grocery shopping (in empty stores while everyone is at work) , working out during the day (when everyone is at work), hitting up random girls (while their boyfriends are at work), and still have fun at night.

4X10 for sure. In my old job years ago I would just load up on as many shifts as I could over a 3-4 day period and have a 3 day weekend every weekend.

I tried to talk my job into letting me change my schedule to 4x10 or 4x9 and having every other Friday off. I couldn't get it approved but my boss told me to just take off early anytime I feel like.

7:30pm-6:00 am Monday-Thursday

20.50 an hour

Friday,Saturday and Sundays off

No kids
No bills,yes I still stay with the moms

All that money to me

And my main chick make 25 an hour

Every week I had 3 days off and every Friday we got paid.....

There's no bigger satisfaction than owning your own shyt. Entrepreneurship should be everyman's ultimate goal and I know it's easier said than done but that should be the message that is pushed and reinforced on this forum and in the black community. I'm not knocking those with a 9-5, we all have to pay the bills and survive but my uncle became a successful business man by working 3 different jobs and living frugally and saving like crazy. the money he managed to save, he invested into his business, he's raking in the millions in Nigeria today. That is who are aspire to become. he could have easily given up like everyone else and keep doing his 9-5 job till he retired with no lasting legacy. It's not easy, but nothing good comes easy

I have done 5x8, 4x10 and 3x12 (counts as full time) and prefer 4x10.

Current job is exempt which basically means I work 50 to 55 hours a week and get paid for 40. Shyt ain't right.

I used to have that and worked tue-friday and normally had monday off but every two weeks would switch for a week

So it looked like

Week 1: Monday off. Tues-Friday
Week 2: Monday off. Tues-Friday
Week 3: Mon-Thursday w/Friday off
Week 4: Monday off. Tue-Friday

Repeat.
Best schedule I had ever had. I had a 4 day weekend every month
