muscles weaken, circulatory problem, etc.

unless gravity can be simulated i will not choose to live in space.

under water it is for me.

I'm sure there'd be similar effects living underwater for substantial period.

i imagine "living underwater" to be in something like this:

if it is pressurized correctly and the temp is good, then you would experience nothing like what extended zero G would do to you.
