Like I said, not taking anything away from Dre but Premo is better because he didn't need a "team" helping him. And there is no lower standard. Premo has the discography to show why he's superior off the strength of his own talent

Believe me when I tell you from 00-04 the Neptunes OWNED the radio...they worked w/ EVERYBODY & prob have way more platinum plaques than even Dre

as far as the 2000 to 2004 goes, i know the neptunes were on top of their game and even before then, since 98' when they really startin' gettin' popular after nore's super thug record. but even with those years, it doesn't compare to dre's run. dre's had monumental albums he's produced and help craft.

from 2000 to 2004, dre was still busy workin'. you had eminem's shyt, eve's biggest record, mary j blige's family affair, 50's in da club, g unit's shyt, obie's record etc etc

even when the neptunes were on top of the game, dre won't slackin' through those years either and this is after all those 80's and 90's classics he produced
