My parents were pretty young when they had me, but they were both financially secure so it actually made for a pretty cool childhood.
My dad would join me and friends while we played pickup ball and he was still able to dunk on people. He taught to me read with his comicbook collection.
(probably tore up 100K worth of now collectible issues as a kid) nowadays me and my pops relationship is more like brothers than father and son. in fact sometimes people think we are brothers. I was lucky though because they were very responsible and mature. For the most part its probably not like that for others.
