IF the feds setup some sort of Escrow, where they place the money ahead of time, in some location, only to be known to the informant, once that information has been verified.
The feds won't know where the money has been moved to; they just trust that it's in good hands.

If the feds don't know who told, or where the money will be distributed, then the cartel won't know either, then i can't be intercepted, nor do I need to change\lose my lifestyle for safety.
