and how would he know it was me? i would never show up. no opponents with the feds, nothing. just give them a so called anonymous tip. and tell them where to send the funds(not in my name) to some off shore account. shoot i would tell them to put the funds in the public sector(school system). i would have the large districts purchase property in their name for a few years then transfer the properties into my name in a few years. no one would know what happened, how or why. it would go on the news as "anonymous person gives all award money to the public sector. so who is chapo going to come after? not me.
